Disputes & Arbitration

You agree to:

Resolve disputes through PlugZ's internal review system

Arbitration is required under the laws of Wyoming, USA

Waive rights to jury trials and class action lawsuits

In case of gross misconduct or pattern of bad verification, PlugZ may seek legal recovery for platform damages.

Revocation of Status

PlugZ may revoke your verifier status at any time for:

Poor performance or inconsistent authentication

Acceptance of bribes or off-platform deals

Evidence of negligence or fraudulent behavior
