What we build
Four interlocking pieces, not a single feature.
Physical authentication
Seller -> verifier (hub) -> buyer workflow. NFC anchoring is the source of truth; visual AI is advisory only. The authentication path is what the rest of the company is built around.
PlugZ chip (fabless subsidiary)
Custom NFC chip targeting Common Criteria EAL6 certification, designed and integrated by a separate fabless subsidiary. RTL and backend work is in progress.
Purpose-built chain + closed-loop utility token
DePIN-style infrastructure with a token whose utility is contained inside the platform and not designed for outside trading. Strategy chosen to keep utility properties clean for compliance review.
Marketplace + brand surface
Public-facing marketplace with transparent matching and price discovery. It is the most visible piece, but it is the flagship, not the entire company.

What we will and will not put on a public page.
We do not publish a valuation, a target raise size, financial projections, or pre-money mechanics on this page. Those numbers belong inside a conversation with a counterparty who has signed the appropriate confidentiality agreements.
Standard process: introduction (warm or cold), short founder call, NDA, then access to the data room, technical deep-dives with the engineering team, and customer / verifier reference calls. We move at the pace that lets the company stay stable, not at the pace of a deadline.
